Maxing out characters is resource intensive and resources are scarce (especially books, SAVE your books. Hoping that once I can farm a higher level of spider I can get silver more easily. Which is a pity, because I feel like this has so much potential. Swapping gear costs several hundreds of thousands of silver, maxing out one artifact easily costs 3 mil silver each and so on. The fun parts of the game for me are experimenting with builds, and thinking up team comps for the champions I have and honestly, I feel like the silver costs make that extremely difficult to do.

I feel like the game is also an incredible grind when it comes to levelling up the characters, and it feels like in game time needed to progress is far more than reasonable.Ħ* characters are massive for your account but damn, it is a ridiculous amount of effort getting there for each one if you aren't buying chickens.Īutoclickers are your friend, try to learn to use one to make life in game a bit easier. The artwork and champion design and the challenge is great, I love it for that. From setting your champions' speed so that you take 2 turns for every one turn the clan boss takes, to unkillable compositions (having all team unkillable buff up timed for whenever the clan boss takes a turn).

It's fun playing around with the numbers to gear your champions for the role you want them to play, choosing your masteries, etcĬlan boss strategies can be super fun too - the turn meter system of the game makes it possible to speed tune your team and so there's tons of clever strategies out there. The game has much more depth than is apparent at first glance - a lot you can do to build your champions, build teams that have synergy and strategize etc. I've been playing about two months, so take it for what it's worth.
